Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of food and nutrition products, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered, except in the following cases:

product received is damaged or defective

incorrect product delivered

product packaging is tampered
In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

unboxing / package image (if available)
Our team will review the request and process a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
